Guaranteed booking can be canceled without penalties up to 72 hours before the date of the hire of a vehicle by sending a written cancellation request to e-mail initastibele@gmail.com.
In the event of an early cancellation or failure to notify the rental of a refusal, the rental does not return the amount of prepaid paid for a guaranteed reservation.
Credit card guaranteed reservations for untimely refusals of more than 72 hours before the rental date is subject to a penalty equal to the booking fee.
